4. The KumaBoard app

STODEO distributes KumaBoard on the App Store and on Google Play. KumaBoard is an independent client for Uptime Kuma: it is neither published, approved nor supported by the Uptime Kuma project or its authors.

The app connects to the Uptime Kuma instances that you configure. STODEO does not provide a monitoring service: the availability, configuration and data of these instances are your responsibility or that of their host.

Apple, App Store, iPhone and iPad are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google Play and Android are trademarks of Google LLC.

5. Terms of use and Premium purchase

On iOS and iPadOS, use of the app is governed by the Apple standard license agreement. On Android, STODEO grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the app, in compliance with the Google Play terms.

• KumaBoard Premium is a one-time purchase, with no subscription or renewal. It gives access to the features marked as Premium in the app.
• The price, including all taxes, is displayed by the store before confirmation. Payment and billing are handled by Apple or Google.
• You can restore the purchase from the app on your devices signed in to the same Apple or Google account.
• Cancellation and refund requests are made to the store used for the purchase, under its terms, which specify how the right of withdrawal applicable to digital content is exercised: Apple or Google Play.
• You benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity of digital content and services provided for in articles L224-25-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. To invoke it, write to support.
• The AI providers and external services that you configure apply their own terms and pricing.

6. Intellectual property and credits

The KumaBoard name, its logo, the texts, the screenshots and the graphic elements of the website and the app belong to STODEO or are used with the authorization of their owners. Any reproduction or reuse without written authorization is prohibited, except in the cases provided for by law.

The website layout is derived from the APPER template by Kalanidhi Themes, used under an Envato Market license. The website also uses the Lucide icons (ISC license), the Outfit and Noto Sans Arabic fonts (SIL Open Font License 1.1), as well as Bootstrap and flag-icons (MIT license).

7. Personal data

The website sets no cookies and does not measure audience. The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy.

8. Complaints and applicable law

For any complaint, write to support first: we will reply as soon as possible.

This legal notice is governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
